Yarn Paper Scissors is a fiber arts and crafts store and studio. Our store provides all of the resources a modern crafter needs in a light and airy studio space. We have beautiful yarn, fabric, specialty craft kits, studio space, craft supplies and tools, workshops and private instruction, a sewing room, and a private party room. |
WHAT'S NEW AT YPS?!?
We have great summer yarns in! Keep up on your knitting and crochet this summer with our warm climate yarns - great cottons, bamboo, luscious silks, hemp, etc. We have wonderful patterns for lace shawls, summer wraps, tanks, swimsuits and more!
We are all looking for easier ways to make environmentally and socially responsible clothing choices. Make a commitment this year to make at least one garment, even if small. Heck, you can even sew a few pieces of fabric together with fabric glue if necessary! Making your own, no matter what the fiber, is already an environmental and socially responsible act.
Check out our new summer class schedule. We have many new sewing teachers and are always expanding our program. Most of our sewing classes sell out, so sign up quickly!
Don't miss our regular knitting night -- every Tuesday from 7-9 pm in the knitting circle. Bring in your knitting or crochet project (or any fiber arts related project for that matter), have some coffee or tea, and meet other wonderful crafters. We have been having a great time getting to know so many of you!
